Resident Evil Requiem: Care Center Rescue Grace Walkthrough

The chapter opens with a cutscene showing the helicopter carrying Grace and Emily crashing. Control then shifts to Leon.

Rescuing Grace

As soon as you gain control of Leon, you’ll be prompted to rescue Grace. Climb out through the open window, take a right, and move along the tiles until you reach a balcony area. Follow the stairs ahead into a room.

Once inside, you’ll be prompted to help Grace. Head toward the broken window to pick up some Rifle Ammo. Before moving on, there’s a well-hidden Mr. Raccoon Bobblehead in this room. Look north of the broken window and you’ll spot a stone column with a lamp on it. Check the right corner of the pillar closely — the bobblehead is sitting there. Line up your shot and snipe it.

Covering Grace

Head out to the balcony. From here, you’ll see Grace trying to reach the chapel entrance while waves of infected close in on her from all directions. Your job is to snipe every infected before they reach her, so take your time and aim carefully between each wave.

When the final group advances toward Grace, the Chef will be among them. If he reaches her, it’s game over. At the chapel entrance, you’ll notice a canister on the ground. Shoot it when the group is nearby to take out the infected and the Chef in one blast. Once the last enemy is down and Grace makes it inside, you can jump down from the balcony.

Reaching the Chapel

After landing, head forward and take the stairs down. On the right side, you’ll spot an LPG Cylinder — pick it up. Two infected are approaching from the left, so throw the cylinder toward them and shoot it to take them both out quickly. Keep moving toward the chapel door. One more infected is guarding the entrance. Shoot him and head inside.

Defeating Blister Borne (Boss Fight)

Inside the chapel, you’ll briefly reunite with Grace before more infected begin hammering at the doors. Leon tells Grace to push ahead to the water treatment area while he holds them off. The cutscene ends and you’re back in control, prompted to fight off the infected.

This encounter features a mix of regular infected and a Blister Borne, a hulking creature with four large blisters on its body, three on the front and one smaller one on the back. Take out the regular zombies first before turning your attention to the Blister Borne.

Stay mobile throughout this fight. The Blister Borne deals massive damage if it gets hold of Leon, so never stop moving. There are two canisters in the area; use them to your advantage. When you shoot one of its blisters, the creature will briefly stop moving. Time your throws carefully: shoot a blister to stagger it, throw a canister toward it, then shoot the canister to deal heavy damage. Keep circling the arena and repeat.

Use the stairs to gain high ground and shoot down at the creature when you can. In the center area, you’ll find a case containing a Hand Grenade and a Med Injector — both very useful for finishing the fight.

When you destroy the last blister, a melee prompt will appear. Use it to finish the Blister Borne off. A short cutscene plays once the boss is down, and Leon is free to follow Grace to the water treatment plant.
