Chapter 3 begins with the siblings stranded on a beach after a thrilling van chase ends with them falling off a cliff. Make your way east toward the grated door and force it open to continue your journey.
Reanimal Chapter 3 Walkthrough
Opening the Water Gate

Climb the stairs and follow the platform along the wall. At the end of the platform, climb the tall ladder. Once you reach the top, turn left and enter the door on the left, which leads to a room with a desk and a computer.


Enter the dark room across from it. Grab the wheel lever in the corner of the room, then head back outside.


Attach the wheel to the machine next to the ladder and interact with it. This will open the water gate on the right side. Open it just enough to create a gap you can jump through, do not rotate it fully yet.
Jump through the newly created gaps and use the lever to open the next water gate. After that, jump back and rotate the wheel lever to fully open the first gate. Head back down the ladder and jump into the boat on the beach. Steer the boat through the gate you just opened.
Boat Navigation

Continue driving straight while avoiding the mines until you reach an opening with a bright lamp. Enter the opening and keep going straight. Ignore the swimming monsters and push through the wooden door. Follow the path, and on the final turn, hold LT to drive faster while avoiding the swimming monsters chasing you.

After opening the second wooden door, you’ll be back outside. Turn left at the intersection, then turn right. Immediately turn right again into a hole in the wall. Drive through the water until you can land the boat.

Once you land, head up the half-stairs on the left and grab a poster. Next, jump onto the stone platform and climb onto the roof leading to the upper platform. Enter the door on the left to get inside the building.

Inside the room, grab the harpoons from the lap of the body sitting on the sofa, then head back outside. Jump down and return to the boat. You can now aim and throw harpoons while boating.
Turn around and throw a harpoon at the mine blocking the path, then immediately throw another at the monster in front.


Turn right and drive forward, shooting harpoons at any monsters that surface. Look for a couple of mines blocking the path and destroy them. Head inside and land your boat again. Go straight through the door with the bright yellow light.

Inside, walk down the long staircase and open the coffin to reveal a shadowy figure trapped inside. After witnessing how the boy died, head back upstairs.
The Hotel


Get back on the boat and drive outside. Turn right at the intersection and throw a harpoon at the mine beneath the hotel sign, then enter the opening. Once inside, go through the open door on the left.
Shoot any monsters in your way and continue driving forward through the available openings. You’ll eventually arrive at a hotel bar filled with residents. Defeat them all and continue forward.

At the end of the hotel, you’ll see a boy on an upper ledge who is suddenly snatched by a monstrous pelican. Follow the pelican toward the lighthouse. You’ll need to maneuver around several islands to reach it.


Before doing so, hug the left side until you find a hidden cave. Enter it, and at the end, you’ll find the second coffin, revealing the death of another shadowy figure. Exit the cave and continue hugging the left side until you spot a series of ladders on the beach. Land there.
The Barn

After landing, defend yourself from attacking birds and climb the ladders. Hitting the one on the far left will get you the “Tarred and Feathered” trophy.

At the top, you’ll find yourself in the middle of a vast, beautiful field. Before moving forward, head to the left side of the field to find a scarecrow. Hit it to detach its head, and you’ll see the head start moving around. Again, hit the moving head with your crowbar, and you will get not only a new mask, but also a Critter trophy.

Next, head toward the barn at the far end of the field. You can peek inside, but to enter, you must go to the left side, pass through the broken fence gap, and interact with the locked door.

To unlock it, go back out through the fence gap and look for a fallen barrel surrounded by birds. Shoo them away and pick up the key from the ground. Return to the barn door and open it.


Inside, walk to the front door and light the candle on the rabbit statue. Then head toward the herd of pigs and push them aside until you encounter a massive, gluttonous pig, performing a rather… disturbing act.


Turn around and head back, but this time go out through the first door on the left. Follow the path outside while fending off attacking birds. Pass through the broken barn gap and grab the poster hidden behind the tractor.
Continue moving left, cross the wooden bridge, and climb the stairs leading to the lighthouse.
The Lighthouse

Inside the lighthouse, climb the rotating stairs until you reach the top platform. You’ll find a friend locked inside a cage, free him. Shortly after, the monstrous pelican returns and begins chasing you. RUN.

Quickly run back down and exit the lighthouse, heading back toward the barn. This sequence is visually stunning. Once inside the barn, wait for the pigs to open the door on the right and follow them outside. This will trap the pelican inside the burning barn.


Continue forward until you encounter two electrical beams. Head to the right one first to grab a poster. Then go to the small bus stop near the left beam and sit down.
A cutscene will play, showing another vision of a suffering lamb, this time growing larger and more terrifying. A bus will arrive. Get on and sit anywhere you like. The bus will depart, taking you to Chapter 4: No Shelter.
